All the slabs and the roof have been replaced, while the perimeter masonry has remained the original one consisting of solid bricks.

The thermal insulation is excellent: on hot days this summer the internal temperature, despite all the windows were closed, remained pleasant.
The interior finishes are in good condition both and wear.
The whole building has been embellished with stone balconies with a particular shape supported by shelves in botticino stone. The cornice is also distinguished from the surrounding buildings: it consists of a shaped cornice.
