We offer you here a portion of farmhouse in a dominant position immersed in the green morainic hills.
The house is divided into three floors above ground. On the ground floor a large room, which also serves as an entrance hall, with vaulted ceilings. This floor is very cool in summer and can be heated with a wood stove. This lounge area can be used as an ideal place for lunches/dinners with friends.
The first floor is dedicated to the living area: kitchen, living room and large bathroom.
The sleeping area is on the second floor and consists of two large bedrooms, walk-in closet, storage room and bathroom.
The ceilings of the first and second floors have exposed beams.
The heating is autonomous with LPG system, cast iron radiators.
